Your customized artwork begins with a few pictures and information provided by you. Any details you might deem noteworthy, etc. I'm a true gearhead so I notice the little details that others don't and I think its important to capture those because its what makes our rides so personal. Once you've provided the necessary pictures and details are and purchased a rendering, I generally quote a 14 day turnaround. But often it's much faster. (I'm an insomniac who likes to doodle, what can I say). Along the way, I generally send updates/progress pics and encourage feedback.
Once final artwork is approved, I send you a download link for the high resolution versions. (They're big image files and can easily be used for posters, etc). I include various background versions, like full background, transparent version that can be used for shirts or stickers, and simplified white backings, etc. All artwork is provided in high resolution PNG image files.
